The children gathered for a Lava Launchers mission, building and testing their launchers with adult support. The activity introduced forces and flight through materials they could handle themselves.
The sync reflects on how children notice differences between materials and launch angles before they have formal physics vocabulary. The emphasis was on repeated encounters with a real challenge, making observations, and trying again.
